Recruitment Heads manage the entire recruitment and hiring process, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards. They collaborate with Department Managers and client representatives to handle documentation, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and oversee recruitment-related procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and leading recruitment processes in coordination with Department Managers and client representatives.
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting job vacancies on appropriate platforms.
  • Sourcing and attracting applicants through internal and external channels.
  • Building applicant sources by contacting LGU partners, schools, labor groups, and internet sites.
  • Designing and implementing hiring and recruitment strategies.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
  • Organizing and participating in screening procedures such as resume screening, interviews, and background checks.
  • Evaluating applicant suitability for positions based on relevant criteria.
  • Ensuring collection and screening of pre-employment documents from hired applicants.
  • Monitoring ongoing recruitments.
  • Providing analytical recruitment reports.
  • Acting as a point of contact and building professional relationships with clients and applicants.
  • Staying updated on employment regulations and legislation and ensuring compliance within the company.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
