Recruitment Administrator
Remote | Up to $5–$6/hr | Full-time | US Time Zone
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Administrator to support our hiring needs. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for both field (electricians, apprentices) and office roles. This role also works closely with the training department to bring in apprentices and support cross-departmental projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and review resumes of candidates for electrician, apprentice, and office positions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Post job openings to job boards and social media platforms
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the Arizona recruitment team
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience through clear, timely communication
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
- Support employee engagement and growth initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous recruitment experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
- Willingness to learn, be coachable, and follow directions
Work Details
- 100% Remote
- Full-time, US Time Zone coverage
- Compensation: $5–$6/hr
