Who are we looking for:
As an HR Supervisor (Compensation and Benefits), you are responsible for designing, implementing, and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs. Ensures competitive compensation packages, manages benefits plans, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provides guidance to HR staff and employees on compensation and benefits matters.
- Develop and maintain a competitive compensation strategy that attracts and retains the right talent. Administer salary reviews, merit increase's, and bonuses in accordance with company policies. Manage and update the job classification and salary structure.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment process, including communication, enrollment, and plan changes.
- Resolve benefits-related issues and provide guidance to employees regarding their benefits options.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues related to compensation and benefits practices.
- Maintain clear and effective communication regarding compensation changes, benefits updates, and other related matters.
- Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
What does it take to be part of the team?
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology / Business Management or in a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in compensation and benefits facet of HR, or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and emerging learning technologies.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
