Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor - Loss and Prevention to join our organization and enhance our security measures. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security systems, conducting investigations into security breaches, and implementing strategies to prevent loss and ensure the safety of our property and assets.

• Prepare detailed and accurate report in a timely manner for Executives, HR and others upon request.
• Investigate known or suspected internal theft, external theft or vendor fraud.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report or investigate crimes.
• Legal compliance, and matters related to organized work related crime and fraud.
• Administer and involve in store and DC shrinkage supervising and controlling programs.
• Monitor and analyze shrinkage to identify trends in theft and fraud, organize retail crime, and connected fraud.
• Implement or monitor processes to reduce property or financial losses.
• Conduct store audits to identify problem areas or procedural deficiencies.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Willing to be deployed and fulfill duties at: SILANG, CAVITE
