Who are we looking for:
As an HR Assistant - Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in the administration and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs. Assists in various tasks related to employee compensation, benefits, and data management.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, explaining plan options, and helping with enrollment and changes.
- Maintain accurate records of benefits participation and communicate changes to benefits providers. Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in compliance activities, including reporting to government agencies and ensuring adherence to legal requirements related to benefits and compensation.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain documentation related to compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Communicate with employees to provide information on compensation and benefits matters.
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions and benefit contributions.
What does it take to be part of the team?
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology / Business Management or in a related field.
- At least 6 months of working experience in compensation and benefit facet of HR.
- Highly energetic, self-starter and strong ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in building strong consultative and professional relationships with supervisor and colleagues.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
