About the Task

MK Digital is a 360° marketing firm helping global brands scale profitably through e-commerce and ad optimization, creative strategy, and social media management. We are seeking a
freelance Executive & Marketing Assistant

to support our CEO and company operations.

This is a
contract-based, independent role

that combines administrative support with marketing and creative tasks. It is best suited for someone detail-oriented, design-savvy, and capable of managing deliverables with minimal supervision.

Scope of Work

Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedules, and tasks.
  • Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Assist in coordinating appointments and meetings.

Marketing and Creative

  • Create and publish engaging content for MK Digital's social media channels.
  • Manage and post content for selected client accounts.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Design graphics, visuals, and layouts for online and social media use.

Client Outreach & Business Development

  • Reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings with MK Digital leadership.
  • Support client acquisition by managing MK Digital's LinkedIn and Instagram Ads.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and proposals.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, email management, and task tracking.
  • Experience with:
  • Figma
  • Canva
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
  • Meta Ad Suite
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Engagement Terms

  • Workload is
    part-time and deliverables-based

, with flexibility in hours.
- Competitive fixed rate with increases based on performance.
- Remote-based; Metro Manila contractors preferred for potential in-person coordination.

What we are looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience as an executive assistant or marketing assistant
  • Familiarity with ads, social media platforms, and content creation strategies.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
