About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at JEN-1-NE Distributor, Inc.'. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our marketing strategies and campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and website content
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
  • Contribute to market research and data analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
  • Marketing experience in any relevant field or sector is preferred
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms is required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Previous experience in distribution or wholesale industry sectors is highly desirable
