Your Role
As a
Customer Service Agent,
you will:

  • Work within Shopify and 3rd party distributor portals to handle and respond to all inbound email requests related to orders and usage of our two e-commerce websites
  • Work within "RichPanel" ticketing system to manage tickets for both websites
  • Set up automations, flows in RichPanel (such as rule-based auto-replies) to lessen manual workload for agents
  • Document internal processes around customer service that can be used for future hires

What You Need
Non-negotiables

  • Excellent proficiency in written American English
  • Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision.
  • 5-10 years' experience working in customer service role for e-commerce retailers in the United States
  • Excellent proficiency in written American English
