  • You're a natural communicator with a neutral accent for phone support and a calm, professional tone in writing.
  • You're the kind of person who notices the small stuff, solves problems without hand-holding, and shows up when your team needs you.
  • Bonus points if you've worked with TripWorks, Peek, or even dabbled in bookkeeping before.

  • Manage calendars and scheduling tasks for the client
  • Assist with light bookkeeping, admin, and backend tasks
  • Jump in for coverage and retention shifts when needed
  • Keep things organized and moving, even without direct supervision
