We are currently seeking a committed and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our client's dynamic team and support their operations in the Australia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices efficiently in the company's internal system.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders to ensure accurate data entry and processing.
  • Validate the legitimacy of tax invoices and ensure they comply with regulatory standards.
  • Perform timely and accurate statement reconciliations to maintain clear financial records.
  • Collaborate closely with purchasing officers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers to address and resolve invoicing issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain strong records of invoices and ensure payment schedules are adhered to.
  • Assist with other accounts payable tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliation, and purchase order matching.
  • Accounting qualification (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient in MS Teams, email communication, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate long-term commitment to the role.
  • Experience in an Australian work environment is advantageous.
  • Office-based work only; applicants must be based in Taguig or willing to work onsite (cross-training and face-to-face communication are essential).
