We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our high-performing, commercially focused finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about contributing to a dynamic finance environment.

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments across multiple legal entities, while also supporting the finance team's broader goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, ensuring correct financial coding
  • Monitoring and managing invoice approval workflows
  • Completing payment runs within set cycles
  • Performing vendor statement reconciliations and reconciling with the general ledger
  • Updating and maintaining supplier master data
  • Supporting month-end close activities and financial reporting
  • Responding to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc finance tasks as needed

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally in a high-volume or multi-site environment
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end AP processes and general ledger coding
  • Studying towards or holding an accounting qualification is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines independently
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with finance systems
  • Experience with SAP Concur, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Bepoz, or Cooking The Books (CTB) is a plus
