As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you'll work in a high-performance team serving offshore clients across Australia, the US, and the UK. You'll be the face of recruitment, guiding hiring managers, owning the brief, driving candidate experience, and getting hires over the line. No micromanagement, no fluff. Only impact.

What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of person who:
  • Own the client relationship end to end, from job calibration meeting to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with our in-house headhunting team but bring your own sourcing strategies too.
  • Interview and assess like a pro, not just fill a role, but match culture and potential.
  • Professionally pre-close on both sides, handle offers, and keep control of your pipeline.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and help lift the bar across the team.
  • Keep your data clean and your comms sharp (we use Zoho).
RequirementsWhat You Bring
We're looking for someone with:
  • 5+ years in recruitment (agency, in-house, RPO, if you've done it, we're listening).
  • Proven client-facing gravitas, you know how to push back with class.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement game.
  • You're process-driven but not afraid to break the mold to get results.
  • You get that candidate experience matters as much as speed.
