What you will be doing:

  • Provide assistance to the Senior Architect in working with clients throughout the design process to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Ensure that designs meet structural, environmental, and other requirements.
  • Help in the design proposals and providing feedback and ideas to help improve designs.
  • Assist in the review blueprints and construction documents to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client satisfaction levels.
  • Do site visits at on-going and potential Projects

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in construction. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least having a basic understanding in architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices.
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, AutoCAD, and SketchUP.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Tatalon, Quezon City.

Nice to Have:

  • Having experience in project management and presenting designs proposals in client meetings
  • Exposure in Enscape, Adobe Photo, Lumion, Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, rendering softwares and other architectural visualization tools
