Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools
  • Knowledgeable in building codes, standards, and construction details
  • Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
  • Able to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Good communication and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing architectural designs and project concepts
  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and assist in preparing reports
  • Support senior architects in project documentation and presentations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
