JUNIOR DESIGN ARCHITECTS

Responsibilities:

  • Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialized computer-aided design (CAD) applications
  • Working closely with a team of other professionals such as project managers, building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with contractors
  • Specifying the requirements for each project
  • Ensure project timeline is met

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical drawing skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and the likes
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills.
  • Willing to be trained in Design and Planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,500.00 per month
