Financial Recording & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Analyze financial data and identify variances or discrepancies.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Monitor due dates and ensure timely settlement of liabilities.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and client accounts.

Cash Handling & Bank Transactions

  • Monitor daily cash flow and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Record deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
  • Verify cash advances and liquidations.

Payroll Support

  • Prepare payroll data and validate attendance reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of deductions, allowances, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding employee concerns related to payroll.

Audit & Compliance

  • Maintain organized documentation for internal and external audit.
  • Assist in compliance with BIR requirements (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax, 2316, 1601, 2550).
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Inventory Monitoring

  • Coordinate with operations for inventory validation.
  • Assist in conducting periodic inventory count and reconciliation.
  • Record adjustments and verify cost accuracy.

Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality of records and company data.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other departments.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
