Manage meetings and events with end-to-end coordination, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with objectives. Handle all logistical arrangements and maintain accurate event documentation to support smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related field (preferably HRM or Tourism).
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination, particularly with small-scale meetings or events.
  • Basic understanding of event logistics, vendor coordination, and venue sourcing.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing event requirements and take on ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Attention to detail in managing event documentation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
