Freelance Load Planner (Part-Time)

Lean Solutions Group is looking for a
Freelance Load Planner
based in
Metro Manila
to support our logistics operations on a part-time basis. This independent-contractor role offers a
hybrid or work-from-home setup
, with company-provided equipment and a flexible schedule of
2–4 hours daily
. The Freelance Load Planner will use Truck Builder software to design and optimize trailer loads, ensuring shipments are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.

Work Setup & Compensation

  • Location: Must currently reside in Metro Manila
  • Schedule: Flexible 2–4 hours per day with an erratic or variable timetable depending on daily operational needs
  • Setup: Hybrid or Work-from-Home – equipment provided
  • Engagement Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor (BIR-registered)
  • Rate: Hourly, based on agreed contract

BIR Compliance (for Independent Contractors)

  • BIR Form 2303 – Certificate of Registration
  • Proof of Annual Registration Fee payment (Form 0605)
  • BIR-authorized Official Receipts (printed or electronic)

Role Overview

The Freelance Load Planner ensures the efficient layout and assembly of truck loads to maximize the number of cases per trailer and streamline loading and unloading processes. You will use Truck Builder software to plan safe, cost-effective, and on-time shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize trailer loads using Truck Builder software.
  • Analyze load outputs to maximize safety and efficiency for loading/unloading.
  • Maintain and request necessary materials to support daily operations.
  • Address driver concerns and adjust load plans as needed.
  • Assist with trailer loading when required to meet production goals.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently living in
    Metro Manila
    .
  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong math, analytical, and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Familiarity with Truck Builder software.
