Cebu Cable Internet and Misamis Cable Internet are cable TV and internet service providers in Visayas and Mindanao. We are looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Staff to be assigned in our NOC in Mandaue City, Cebu. The NOC Staff will be in charge of:

  • Managing and maintaining our cable head-end and internet NOC system to ensure our quality of service
  • Receiving job orders and responding immediately for quick resolution of requests, complaints and office orders
  • Escalating technical issues to department head when necessary
  • Submitting reports and analyses to management
  • Performing other tasks that will be assigned

Applicants for the NOC Staff position must have the following qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS ECE, IT or other IT-related course
  • Work experience in the internet industry is an advantage but not required
  • Computer literate
  • At least with basic knowledge in networking
  • Can work under pressure and with less supervision, willing to work in shifts and to be on-call during emergencies, willing to learn and to be trained
