About the Role:

You will be responsible for designing, installing, and configuring Fixed Wireless Solutions, including Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint wireless bridges. Responsibilities include scoping and designing wired and wireless network infrastructures, configuring Routers, Switches, Access Points, and Firewalls (Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, and Cambium), providing client support, and conducting product demonstrations and training sessions. You will also prepare Bills of Materials (BoMs), troubleshoot networks, and perform fieldwork such as site surveys and product presentations. A strong foundation in structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, and Wi-Fi access points is essential for optimizing network performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Fixed Wireless Solutions, including Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint wireless bridges, and develop comprehensive design proposals.
  • Lead the scoping and design of wired and wireless network infrastructures based on client requirements and building floor plans.
  • Configure Routers, Switches, Access Points, and Firewalls (Ubiquiti, Mikrotik and Cambium) to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Provide responsive client support via email and phone, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and technical issues.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver employee training sessions on networking equipment and solutions.
  • Respond promptly to technical inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BoMs) based on network design specifications for client projects.
  • Perform accurate sizing and design of corporate Wi-Fi networks, including heat map creation for optimal coverage and performance.
  • Optimize and fine-tune network performance to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Perform network troubleshooting and assessment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct fieldwork, including site surveys, product presentations, and installation and configuration of networking solutions.
  • Apply knowledge and experience in structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, Wi-Fi access points, and fixed wireless solutions to support network operations.

Certifications:

  • Networking and security certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+ or Security+

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications), or a related field
  • Certifications related to Networking is a plus (ex. CCNA, CCDA)
  • At least 3 years of experience in network operations, implementation, and configuration.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Cambium, Mimosa, etc.)
  • Experience with security devices and network management systems.
  • Proficiency in networking principles, including Open Standard concepts such as Routing and Switching, beyond the scope of CCNA certification.
  • Strong experience in network management, security, and system authentication.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting surveillance systems, firewalling, radio frequencies, and Wi-Fi.
