QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent;
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in Hotel Operations, Reservations and Revenue Management, ideally within a variety of property types (luxury, mid-scale, resorts);
    •Proven track record in revenue generation and reservation optimization across different segments;
  • Experience with reservation and revenue management systems and tools;
    •Proficient in time management and adept at prioritizing tasks efficiently;
    •Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills to analyze data, market trends, and optimizing pricing strategies;
  • In-depth understanding of revenue management principles and strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
