
Revenue and Reservations Manager

Revenue Management
Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue across all distribution channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer demand to forecast future revenues accurately.
- Implement revenue management systems and tools to automate decision-making and optimize inventory.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotions, packages, and special offers.
Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on revenue performance and market conditions to the leadership team.
Reservations Management
Oversee the reservations team to ensure efficient handling of inquiries and bookings.
- Set and monitor booking goals, ensuring alignment with overall revenue targets.
- Ensure all guest inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, bookings, and cancellations.
Manage group bookings, ensuring proper communication and execution of contracts.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the reservations and revenue team to achieve their performance goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment and maintain strong communication with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Conduct regular training sessions on revenue management principles, systems, and customer service standards.
Systems and Technology
Optimize the use of Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, Revenue Management System and Other related systems.
- Ensure accurate loading of rates and availability across all systems and channels.
Stay updated on emerging technology trends to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Partnerships
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies for driving bookings and maximizing occupancy.
- Build strong relationships with travel agents, OTAs, and distribution partners to ensure optimal exposure and performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in related position and industry
- Hospitality/Tourism, Business Management or related course/field
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience in resort or 5-star hotel chain in hotel Sales operations and Leadership Role.
- Established network of OTA contacts
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
