The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, lead generation, and market positioning for Data Lake, Inc. — the authorized reseller and integrator of Starlink in the Philippines.
This role oversees the company's marketing operations, including digital marketing, branding, content development, public relations, and event execution, while ensuring alignment with corporate goals and sales targets.
The Marketing Manager leads the Marketing team, manages key campaigns, and ensures consistent communication of Data Lake's value across all touchpoints, including government, enterprise, and consumer markets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop, lead, and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives and business growth targets.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and client engagement goals.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI reporting to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Branding & Communications
- Strengthen brand visibility and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Lead development of creative materials, campaigns, and storytelling that highlight Data Lake's impact across sectors (Education, Government, Enterprise, and Consumer).
- Oversee all internal and external communications, press releases, and PR coordination.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Supervise execution of digital campaigns across social media, search, email, and website platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize conversion rates and engagement.
- Ensure regular publication of relevant, data-driven, and human-centered content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Events, Partnerships & CSR
- Lead brand participation in trade shows, conferences, and CSR initiatives to enhance visibility and partnerships.
- Collaborate with partner agencies, media networks, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution and sponsorships.
- Ensure compliance with brand and partnership guidelines in all event materials and activations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing performance metrics such as engagement rates, lead conversion, ROI, and campaign reach.
- Provide actionable insights and regular reports to management on marketing performance.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing innovations, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred but not required).
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing management, digital campaigns, or brand strategy (preferably in tech, telecom, or B2B sectors).
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications, public relations, and digital marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and creative teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
- Demonstrated success in leading brand and campaign launches, preferably with measurable sales impact.
