Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a financial account based in Bridgetowne, Pasig. This is an easy, non-sales role focused on assisting customers with their account-related concerns through inbound calls or digital channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information
  • Assisting with account transactions and basic troubleshooting
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Following company protocols and compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Open to starters/newbies with or without BPO experience
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, College Level or College Graduate
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and working on-site in Bridgetowne
