As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to clients via phone. You'll be part of a dynamic and friendly team, helping resolve customer inquiries, process requests, and provide solutions in a professional manner. This is a customer-centric role that focuses on delivering quality service and creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance and service level targets.

Requirements:
  • At least High School Graduate (with or without college degree).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering great service.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Open to fresh graduates and individuals without prior experience.
