Call Center Agent

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to clients via phone. You'll be part of a dynamic and friendly team, helping resolve customer inquiries, process requests, and provide solutions in a professional manner. This is a customer-centric role that focuses on delivering quality service and creating positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed performance and service level targets.
Requirements:
- At least High School Graduate (with or without college degree).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering great service.
- Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required.
- Open to fresh graduates and individuals without prior experience.
