As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, answering inquiries, providing solutions, and driving sales through upselling opportunities. Your key duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls, offering excellent customer service, and meeting performance targets. You'll work as part of a supportive team and receive ongoing training to help you grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Upsell products or services that align with customer needs, meeting set targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
  • Continuously meet or exceed performance goals and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with your team to share best practices and continuously improve performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience (sales, customer service, or call center background preferred).
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • High school diploma, SHS graduate, College undergrad/graduate, or vocational/associate degree holders are welcome to apply.
