Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment process
  • Sourcing, on site initial interview, paper screening, phone/initial screening, profile endorsement

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO recruitment sourcing/selection experience
  • Desire to achieve aggressive recruiting goal under tight deadlines
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with candidate tracking database, Excel, Internet and other recruitment technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of integrity, judgment and follow- through
  • Strong attention to details
