We urgently need an HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee orientation, and documentation of new hires
  • Maintain employee files, 201 folders, and HR databases
  • Monitor attendance records and assist in preparing timekeeping summaries
  • Help with the preparation of payroll documents and government contributions
  • Support employee engagement programs, memos, and HR communications
  • Assist in organizing training, seminars, and evaluations

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Proficient in e-mail communication
  • Can maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Can start asap

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
