Store Marketing Supervisor

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Lodging Allowance: Provided for selected distant applicants

Job Summary:

The Store Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives within assigned stores to ensure brand consistency, enhance sales performance, and improve customer engagement. This role involves close collaboration with store teams, coordination of promotional campaigns, and analysis of marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor store marketing collaterals, displays, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper branding and timely campaign rollouts.
  • Execute and monitor sell-out programs to drive store performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective promotional strategies to support brand visibility and growth.
  • Track marketing activities and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for merchandising, displays, and in-store promotions.
  • Provide guidance and support to store teams in executing marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a record of marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any course (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in store or field marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
  • Lodging allowance provided for selected distant applicants.
