Supervision and Leadership:

· Assisting in the supervision of store employees, including training, performance management, and providing guidance.

Operational Support:

· Managing daily store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

Customer Service:

· Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing a positive shopping experience.

Sales and Marketing:

· Assisting in achieving sales goals, potentially contributing to strategies to increase sales and attract customers.

Inventory Management:

· Overseeing stock levels, merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.

Store Maintenance:

· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

Retail Experience:

· Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably with some supervisory responsibilities.

Leadership and Communication:

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective staff management and customer interaction.

Organizational Skills:

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace.

Problem-Solving:

· Ability to identify and resolve issues related to customer service, inventory, or employee performance.

Sales Acumen:

· Understanding of sales principles and the ability to contribute to sales growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
