Principal Responsibilities
- Maintenance of 201 file, proper filing, completion of requirements, and monitoring status of employees.
- Verifies attendance management of all employees and accurate reporting of DTR to payroll; manages the leave credits, properly files all HR related forms.
- Contacts all candidates for recruitment and monitors all accounts for posted opportunities. Conducts screening process and coordinates with hiring managers for the selection of applicant.
- Prepares monthly report of HR concerns including accretion/attrition, status development of employees, and all other required data by the management.
- Maintains updated database of employees, salary history, performance evaluation, trainings, job description, and other HR files.
- Handles other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time-to-time.
Education and Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Sociology, Education, Human Resources Management or any related course.
- Must have experience as an HR Assistant with knowledge in at least two of the different HR functions (Recruitment, Employee and Labor Relations, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits).

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
