We work with dental practices to solve one of their biggest challenges: patient no-shows. By introducing AI-powered automation, we help clinics streamline scheduling, improve patient communication, and increase overall efficiency. The role is focused on connecting with dentists, understanding their practice needs, and showing how we can drive both better patient experiences and stronger clinic performance.

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team and help expand our reach in the dental industry. You'll play a key role in identifying prospects, building relationships with dentists, and scheduling demos of our platform. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a genuine interest in helping dental professionals improve their workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage dental practices that could benefit from AI Solutions.

Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to schedule demos.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

Provide feedback from the field to help improve messaging and product fit.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement (preferred but not required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven and results-oriented with a growth mindset.

Comfortable using LinkedIn and other prospecting tools.

Interest in healthcare or dental technology is a plus.
