About the role

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Staff to join our growing team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp.'. This dynamic role will be based in our Iloilo City Iloilo office, supporting our real estate operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the administration and coordination of real estate transactions, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries, and liaising with relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting the marketing and promotion of our properties, including digital and print advertising
  • Participating in property viewings and open house events
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property information and database records
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets
  • Undertaking any other administrative tasks as required to support the real estate operations

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar real estate or administrative role, preferably within the property industry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations, processes, and terminology would be an advantage
