We're looking for an MVP & AI Delivery Lead who can turn client's business plan into a working MVP. This role is for a hands-on builder, problem-solver, and delivery driver who can lead all aspects of the build—from defining technical architecture and integrating AI systems to implementing user flows and managing deployment.

You'll work closely with the founder to bring client's conversational AI experience to life for both employers and

candidates.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Proven experience building MVPs or early-stage products from scratch
• Strong understanding of AI API integrations (LLMs, vector databases, LangChain, etc.)
• Excellent skills in problem-solving, architecture design, and rapid iteration
• Self-starter who thrives in lean, fast-moving startup environments
• Passion for AI-driven innovation and reshaping the recruitment industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Matchwell's business plan and user flows into a detailed technical roadmap for MVP delivery.
• Lead the end-to-end development of a web-based platform (front-end, back-end, and database).
• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for conversational interviews, prompt scoring, and candidate–employer matching.
• Design and build chat agents with structured prompts and dynamic data extraction for both candidates and employers.
• Implement matching logic for ranking, scoring, and introductions.
• Set up and maintain hosting, authentication, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, or equivalent).
• Manage sprints, testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder to prioritise features and manage trade-offs between cost, speed, and quality.
• Oversee data security and privacy compliance, ensuring ethical handling of user data.
• Prepare the MVP for launch and scalability, ensuring clean, modular architecture for future iterations.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
