Project Accounts Coordinator (Onsite)

Job Description:

  • Assist Project Managers with project setup, budgets, and cashflow projections.
  • Track project costs including materials, labour, and subcontractors.
  • Support processing of purchase orders, work orders, and timesheet approvals.
  • Prepare invoices based on progress claims and client billing requirements.
  • Upload financial data and required documents to client portals.
  • Produce monthly financial tracking and reporting per project.
  • Support project closure activities including retention tracking and preparation of final reports.
  • Maintain organised project files and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Experience supporting Australian clients is a plus.
  • Exposure to construction, electrical, or project-based environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with labour, materials, and subcontractor cost tracking is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems/portals.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
