Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager for Finance Operations, you will ensure that all vendor and supplier payments are made on time and are properly documented. 

What you'll do:
  • Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
  • Process driver and user related transactions (deposit, wallet topups, refund, claims, etc)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve collection-related issues and inquiries
  • Issuance of receipts on a timely manner
  •   Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of financial transactions
  • Cash Collection 
What we seek:
  • Someone who is open to learning and relearning processes
  • Someone who is strict with timelines
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • At least 1-year experience in the related field
  • Microsoft Office and Google workspace literate
  • Must be willing to work in the office in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) on a daily basis
