About the Role:

The Property Technical Officer shall oversee the turned-over units/ structures/ facilities from Construction Management and conform to the set quality standard parameters set by the company. The person in charge of this position also conducts proper orientation and provides the necessary information and guidelines to the Inspectors in the process of turnover of completed units/ structures/ facilities and for delivery to its end user. S/he provides technical assistance to project site management about the engineering aspect and maintenance of the subdivision/condominium including its amenities and facilities.

What you'll do:

  • Oversees the process of the unit acceptance inspection and turnover process from the Construction Team to Property Management.
  • Ensure that the actual unit turnover to the homeowner including all necessary documentation required and collection of fees are being accomplished.
  • Oversee that the site property management conforms to and enforces all requirements but not limited to Deed of Restriction, Homeowners Association by Laws, Subdivision rules and regulations.
  • Monitor the project site unit complaints under warranty with CM and/or contractor.
  • Check the utilities for Move-In Homeowners (electrical tapping and water meter connection).
  • Validate that the unit improvement policies are being followed.

What we're looking for:

  • Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering
  • PRC license is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in property/ project management.
  • Background in a Real Estate property management set-up is an advantage
  • Customer service-oriented and has good communication skills.
  • Should be knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao and Sta. Rosa, Laguna
