We are seeking an experienced Property and Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

  • This includes overseeing and coordinating maintenance and surveillance of nine properties, including offices and residential buildings.">
  • Managing properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational.">
  • Ensuring that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently.">
  • Acting as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders.">
  • Monitoring progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.">
  • Developing and implementing building management best practices.">
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.">
  • Providing regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.
">Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • You must be proactive in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues, and able to work efficiently under pressure.">
