The Property Management Assistant role is ideal for an organized and communicative individual who can provide exceptional support to senior leaders.


This position involves managing calendars, email correspondence, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics on behalf of the leadership team.


The successful candidate will have a background in executive assistance or a related field, preferably with experience in the U.S. real estate or property management sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules, draft emails, arrange meetings, and book travel for senior executives
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to property management, including listing management, contract preparation, and compliance
  • Utilize CRM software such as Hubspot to manage social media campaigns and track interactions (preferred)
  • Use property management platforms like AppFolio to manage property information, payments, and tenant communications (preferred)
  • Field client calls professionally, addressing inquiries or directing them to relevant personnel

Qualifications and Technical Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling client and tenant interactions
  • Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the U.S. real estate or property management industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot and/or AppFolio (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
