The Accounting Specialist provides critical accounting and financial services support to our growing team. As part of our Accounting and Finance Team, our Accounting Specialist is primarily involved in the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that bills and its required documentations have been carefully prepared and reviewed before sending out to the client, generating essential reports critical for month-end reports and filings, and other regulatory and compliance requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recording and summarizing financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports and budgets.
  • Assist with AP and AR.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial reports
  • Perform month-end closing activities
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting
  • Prepare tax filing and tax returns.
  • Prepare payroll and remittance of monthly government contributions.
  • Identifying and reporting financial risks and irregularities.
  • Assist with Audit
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Preferably with a CPA License or CFA/CMA Certification.
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge on using Quickbooks
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite
  • Possess a clear understanding and application of accounting principles, and financial analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite, Mondays to Fridays in Makati City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php37,000.00 per month
