What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and MS Excel
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or wholesale industries
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and 3-way matching
  • Familiarity with vendor compliance and sales tax

About the Role

We are hiring an
Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our team. The role is responsible for managing accounts payable transactions, vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense reports, while also handling employee travel arrangements. This position reports directly to the Controller/CEO.

What You'll Do

  • Process and review invoices, payments, and expense reports with accuracy
  • Manage vendor payments (local & overseas) and account reconciliations
  • Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for audits
  • Organize and manage employee travel bookings and itineraries
