About the role

Innovative Information Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth for our cutting-edge IT solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Doing outbound calls to generate potential customers by providing information about our products and services
  2. Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable IT solutions
  3. Closing sales and processing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Providing post-sale support and addressing any customer queries or concerns
  5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service - sales with lead generation and outbound role, preferably within the IT or BPO industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively
  4. Familiarity with IT products and services, or the willingness to learn quickly
  5. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools to manage customer data and sales activities
  6. A positive, proactive and customer-centric attitude
