Job Description:

  • Oversee the execution of the assigned project from inception to completion, monitor project schedule, ensuring that the project stays within budget based on awarded contract packages, and identify potential delays or obstacles and work to mitigate issues.
  • Ensuring that construction work meets the specified standards and requirements, conducting regular inspections to ensure that the project meets required quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all site activities, contracts, all other important documents and regularly present reports regarding the project's overall status to senior management.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or any related field
  2. 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Familiarity with construction regulations and standards.
