Food and Beverage Manager shall be responsible for the over all management of the Resort's F&B Service Department. He shall be responsible in maintaining the quality standard service and guest satisfaction. He will be responsible in complying with the health, hygiene and safety regulations. He will lead a dynamic staff, collaborate with other departments and ensure that the F&B team is aligned to the business goals and objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage the day to day F&B Operations of the Resort.
  • Monitor inventory, coordinate with Kitchen in addressing issues and challenges
  • Lead and Develop members of his team. Ensuring they follow P&Ps, Service standards and Regulations on health, sanitation and safety.
  • Conduct trainings and performance appraisals.
  • Lead and develop F&B staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, service standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on F&B operations, including sales, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify operational improvements and growth opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven food and beverage management experience.
  • Guest and service-oriented.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Has the ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management.
  • Is able to work independently and well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work at the Island Resort located in CORON, PALAWAN
