About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Unsecured Risk Collections & Bureau Head
to lead our risk analytics, collection strategy, and bureau data management for consumer unsecured products. This role owns credit loss forecasting, scorecard implementation, bureau partnerships, and innovation in risk mitigation. You'll mentor a team of senior analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen portfolio quality and enhance collections performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement analytic tools, scorecards, and strategies to reduce credit risk and boost collections efficiency.
  • Lead the development, review, and monitoring of risk mitigation programs.
  • Oversee credit loss forecasting across unsecured portfolios.
  • Deliver insights on portfolio risks and opportunities through regular strategy reviews.
  • Ensure systems are updated to align with analytic tools and policy changes.
  • Mentor and develop senior analysts into future leaders.
  • Evaluate emerging bureau tools and integrate relevant data for acquisitions and collections.
  • Negotiate pricing and data access with credit bureaus and third-party providers.
  • Monitor bureau usage and manage system requirements for new tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement credit and valuation policies.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in collections risk policy or credit risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
    SAS
    and statistical modeling.
  • Proven leadership background and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards and sound risk judgment.
  • Familiarity with credit bureau systems and risk management tools.
