JFC's Enterprise Risk Officer is responsible for the following:

ERM Framework Implementation

  • Support ERM framework implementation.
  • Handle ERM documentation.
  • Administer JFC's risk register and coordinate risk actions.
  • Review and recommend process improvements.

ERM Administration

  • Execute ERM projects per plan and strategies.
  • Collect and clarify information from data owners.
  • Administer documents and manage logistics.
  • Collaborate to assess risks.
  • Process ERM-related payables.
  • Review contracts and SLAs.
  • Build and implement ERM tools.
  • Manage and update ERM Policy.

ERM Campaign

  • Promote ERM culture and principles.
  • Conduct ERM activities per policy.
  • Support ERM culture through workshops and discussions.
  • Create ERM awareness materials.

Risk Identification and Assessment

  • Assist in identifying and documenting risks.
  • Ensure risks are analyzed, evaluated, and treated.

ERM Reporting

  • Maintain the Risk Register.
  • Conduct timely risk reporting.
  • Align risk reports with the register and matrix.
  • Produce regular risk reports.

ERM Monitoring

  • Update and utilize risk registers.
  • Review risk scoring and changes.
  • Evaluate and suggest framework improvements.

Risk Governance and Compliance

  • Partner with stakeholders to align processes.
  • Support GRC tool creation.
  • Manage and implement projects as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of BS Accountancy or any finance related course.
  • Certification/Training in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management with a reputable organization, insurance company, or a brokerage firm.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
