  • Formulates credit and collection policies and procedures covering such matters as the granting of credit, the conduct of credit investigation and the disposition of overdue accounts.
  • Evaluates creditworthiness and maintenance
  • Implements existing C&C policies of the company
  • Responsible for the attainment of the department's KRA.
  • Evaluate the credit risks of customers on a regular basis to minimize bad debts.
  • Oversees the activities of the department and gives regular feedback on their performance and recommends actions to improve the job.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with the customer and conduct regular visits with them.
  • Checks and reviews all CMs/DMs/AR adjustments and monitors the collection of accounts.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of quality systems and their improvement.

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Accountancy or Accounting major, preferably, Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • At least two to three years' experience in credit and collection aspects.
  • Computer literate, possesses good supervisory skills; knowledge in financial computation and analysis; good in oral and written communication.
  • Good interpersonal relationships, with good convincing power, and objective.

Work Set up: Onsite, Head Office Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible Time
