  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering / Master's Degree in Business, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • At least 10 year(s) of sales experience in the building and construction materials industry, five (5) years of which were in a managerial capacity
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating, selling, handling key accounts
  • Skills in marketing, research, data analysis (inc. industry and economic data)
  • Excellent ability to manage people, projects, budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) mandatory; experience with statistical, ERP, and reporting software a plus
