About the Role

As
Manager, Controllership
, you'll oversee reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and month-end reporting. You'll manage daily and periodic reconciliations, lead problem resolution, and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly account reconciliations
  • Review suspense/reconciling items and ensure timely clearance
  • Manage daily, month-end, and quarter-end journals
  • Lead weekly/biweekly reconciliations and matching activities
  • Support controllership reporting and ad-hoc projects
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and simplification initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Accounting or Finance
  • 3–5 years of prior accounting experience
    (with exposure to leadership/ownership of processes)
  • Experience with
    Oracle GL
    and reconciliations
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Background in
    controllership
    within a large organization or public accounting
  • Experience in the
    financial services industry

Good-to-Have

  • Working knowledge of
    Blackline
  • Experience with
    Power BI
