This is a hybrid roles located in throoghout Manila with work-from-home flexibility for a Managing Associate (Junior Partner trek with or without equity). The Managing Associate is responsible for overseeing and managing client accounts, conducting financial audits, preparing tax returns, and providing legal and IT advisory services. Additional responsibilities include leading training sessions, developing management strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Financial, Audit, and Tax preparation skills
  • Experience in management, legal advisory, and IT services
  • Proficiency in developing and leading training sessions
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • CPA, CISA, CIA, CFE, CFA, CISA, CPE, CPA / JD, certification preferred / not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in a CPA firm or related industry is a plus.

Pay: Php7, Php226,000.00 per month
